Two alloys of our low CTE DISPAL® portfolio, DISPAL® S220, and DISPAL® S260, are qualified for Additive Manufacturing Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) and they are able to create fully dense metal parts with short lead times. The freedom of design provided by AM in combination with the advanced material properties of DISPAL provides designers with a powerful tool to create advanced applications.

Our powders come with 3 different off-the-shelf PSD options and different packaging possibilities depending on your needs and quantity:

  • Standard (20-63 um)
  • Fine (15-45 um)
  • Coarse (45-100)
