Zakres badań
Do podstawowych zadań Laboratorium Centralnego należy m.in:
- badanie składu chemicznego wyrobów aluminiowych,
- badanie wód i ścieków: zawiesina ogólna, zawiesina mineralna, indeks nadmanganianowy, CHZT, chlor, chlorki, żelazo, fosforany, mangan, fluorki, siarczany, twardość, przewodnictwo właściwe, pH, zasadowość, substancje rozpuszczone, substancje ekstrahujące,
- badania metaloznawcze: mikrotwardość, korozja warstwowa, wielkość ziarna „mikro” i „makro”, liczba gazowa, wielkość i identyfikacja zanieczyszczeń, wielkość komórki dendrytycznej, wielkość i identyfikacja wydzieleń, grubość plateru, testy korozyjne, potencjał korozyjny, odporność termiczna,
- badanie parametrów wytrzymałościowych wyrobów walcowanych: wytrzymałość na rozciąganie, twardość, próba zginania, tłoczność, anizotropia płaska, plastyczność
- usługi pomiarowe: czujniki temperatury, termometry, regulatory temperatury, przetworniki pomiarowe, manometry, suwmiarki, urządzenia mikrometryczne, przymiary wstęgowe, średnicówki mikrometryczne, głębokościomierze i wysokościomierze czujnikowe.

W celu uzyskania odpowiedniego stopnia wiarygodności u naszych klientów, a także sprawnego zarządzania jakością, w Laboratorium Centralnym wdrożono i utrzymuje się udokumentowany Zintegrowany System Zarządzania zgodny z wymaganiami norm ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, PN-EN 15088.
Dodatkowo w ramach współpracy z klientem w celu zapewnienia najwyższej jakości wykonywanych analiz Laboratorium Centralce uzyskało certyfikat Valeo Group.

Scope of Examinations
The Central Laboratory's core tasks include:
- Examining the chemical composition of aluminum products
- Analyzing water and wastewater: total suspended solids, total mineral suspended solids, permanganate index, COD, chlorine, chlorides, iron, phosphates, manganese, fluorides, sulfates, hardness, specific conductivity, pH, alkalinity, dissolved substances, extracting substances
- Metallurgical examinations: microhardness, layer corrosion, "micro" and "macro" grain size, gas count, size and identification of impurities, dendritic cell size, size and identification of segregations, plating thickness, corrosion tests, corrosion potential, thermal resistance
- Testing the mechanical properties of rolled products: tensile strength, hardness, bending test, formability, flat anisotropy, ductility
- Measurement services: temperature sensors, thermometers, temperature regulators, measurement converters, manometers, calipers, micrometric devices, tape measures, micrometric depth gauges, sensor-based height gauges.
Management System
To ensure the appropriate level of credibility with our customers and efficient quality management, the Central Laboratory has implemented and maintains a documented Integrated Management System compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, PN-EN 15088 standards. Additionally, as part of our collaboration with clients to ensure the highest quality of performed analyses, the Central Laboratory has obtained Valeo Group certification.
