Nomination Committee’s proposal for Board of Directors and Chairman of Gränges AB (publ)
The Nomination Committee of Gränges AB (publ) proposes that the Board members Anders G. Carlberg, Carina Andersson, Mats Backman, Peter Carlsson, Katarina Lindström, Hans Porat and Ragnhild Wiborg will be re-elected at the Annual General Meeting 2019. Anders G. Carlberg is proposed to be re-elected as Chairman of the Board.
Gränges’ Nomination Committee before the Annual General Meeting 2019 consists of representatives of the company's three largest shareholders and Gränges’ Chairman of the Board. Prior to the Annual General Meeting 2019, Gränges’ Nomination Committee has the following composition: Jannis Kitsakis (The Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund, AP4), Anders Algotsson (AFA Insurance), Lennart Francke (Swedbank Robur Funds) and Anders G. Carlberg (Chairman of the Gränges Board). The Chairman of the Nomination Committee is Jannis Kitsakis.
The Nomination Committee's other resolutions and its statement will be published in conjunction with the notice to the Annual General Meeting.
Gränges’ Annual General Meeting 2019 will take place on Wednesday 8 May, 2019, at 4 p.m. at Näringslivets Hus in Stockholm.
