Gränges publishes an updated MTN prospectus
In 2018, Gränges established an MTN program (Medium Term Notes) for loans on the capital market. The MTN program has a framework amount of SEK 3 billion for loans in SEK or EUR with a tenor of minimum one year. To support Gränges' sustainability ambitions and goals, Gränges published a combined framework for green and sustainability-linked financing in 2021, to allow for the issuance of green bonds and sustainability-linked bonds under the MTN program.
In relation to the MTN program, Gränges published a base prospectus on 30 August 2018, subject to annual update. For this reason, Gränges has updated the base prospectus, which today, on 21 September, has been approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (SFSA/Sw. Finansinspektionen). The updated MTN prospectus is available on Gränges’ website www.granges.com and on SFSA's website www.fi.se.
